Hi everyone! We’re a couple looking for a respectful, clean roommate to share our 2 bed / 1 bath condo in Fountain Valley
The Space:
Private bedroom + shared bathroom
Second floor condo and is 915 sq ft (cozy but comfortable!)
Shared kitchen + living room
Quiet, well-kept environment
In-unit washer and dryer
In unit air conditioning
Community amenities include: 24 hour security, a pool, community fencing, and park/greenbelt.
Room is currently unfurnished but we are willing to budget to split the cost of furniture with you 50/50.
If you have a set of furniture to move in with, we will help you move
2 parking spaces per unit
We plan to repaint soon and we can repaint the rented out room to your preference before you move in.

Fountain Valley, CA (close to Disneyland Resort, shopping, beach, and major freeways)
Great area with easy access to everything.
