About the room
I have a move-in ready room right off CU camps in Boulder in East Boulder. It is a fully furnished room and home. I have a 6 year old adorable cat who is not loud and loves people and other animals. I am 37 years old and work and a nanny with bartending on the side. Both rooms are upstairs but the home is large so there is a ton of space and light. I can do month to month or have you on a lease if that is the interest.
I love to cook and keep my place very organized and clean. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to getting on Foothills as well as the Meadows shopping center and gas station. I grew up in Boulder and went to CU and then lived in Denver for 9 years.
Please let me know if you are serious about getting a room. I’m asking $1,4500/month and prorated when you move in. No deposit or utilities charged extra!

About the roomies
The only other roommate I have now is my kitty, Enzo. I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old and he spends his time sleeping but will definitely get the zoomies at times and will follow you around if I’m not home. He respect spaces and is clean.
