About the room
The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath. This apartment is in a great location and is in very good condition, right across the street from a King Soopers and right next to Home Depot. Most of the apartment is furnished except for the available bedroom. It’s pet friendly, though there is an extra monthly fee for pets. Patio faces the East. There are garages for rent and open parking.
About the roomies
I’m the only person living there currently. I’m pretty laid back and pretty much go between work and home. I like to get out and golf when I can but really like any outdoor activities. Usually, I play video games during the week after work. I’m not a clean freak but will keep the shared areas clean. I’m open to negotiating most things about the apartment; who does what chores, decorations, furniture, food, etc. The apartment is pet friendly, but I am allergic to cats, so no cats please.
