One large, attractive, furnished, artist SHARED studio with amazing windows, exposed ceiling and brick and near the arts district/harbor of San Pedro, CA (16 min. to Long Beach & Rancho Palos Verdes and 25 min. to Torrance & South Bay (Redondo/Hermosa/Manhattan Beach) . Clean, quiet, washer/dryer in unit, nice kitchen, shower & bath combo, but we would have to be creative in making a space for you which is why this would be a great temporary stepping stone to finding a more permanent place. Consider it a launching pad so to speak. It gets you out here & a provides a place for you to shower & rest your head, so you can take a month or two to find the ideal home closer to where you want to be.

Ideally looking for a temporary month to month or 1-2 month roommate, but could be flexible for a longer term if we are a great fit and I had either weekends or a couple of days/nights alone with my daughter. (Example… traveling business person or nurse, college student who goes home on weekends, person who works some nights and weekends). There is also a low ceiling loft big enough for sleeping quarters & storage , but we would need to build stairs or acquire a safe sturdy ladder.

Substitute teacher/musician and single mother of very sweet, teen girl. We are both super chill, friendly, fun, kind and peaceful. Looking for the same.
