Large private bedroom with high ceilings located on the second floor of home, full size bathroom directly next to bedroom with vintage claw tub/shower and sink/toilet. There is a nice view of the backyard from both bedroom and bathroom, AC window unit and mini fridge will also be available for use with rent.
(SHARED) Gas stove and large dining area in kitchen, free use of front and back porch/yard, open living room and entertainment space downstairs.
About the roomies
I am an expectant mother, a licensed massage therapist and will be staying a few days each week at the property downstairs while working in the area. My husband will occasionally be maintaining minor fixes and property upkeep a few hours each week but is not a tenant and will not be staying overnight.
The property has no male tenants and is monitored with motion detection security cameras, which we ask no overnight guests.
Open minded young woman (32) and structured clean living, our safe/quiet neighborhood and large property is walking distance to downtown Bartow.
