Its a townhouse in a private community. Pool available, no gym. really looking for a clean and friendly female military roommate but if you are a college student that works too! I have a cat and he is non negotiable lol. Both bedrooms are upstairs and both contain a private bathroom. Downstairs has a half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry area. I have a full size bed frame and mattress i am not using and you are more than welcome to use it until you find a bed you want or you can keep it, i really don’t mind whatever you decide. The couch and dining table is currently owned by my roommate but ill be buying a new couch when she moves out. Maybe not a dining table because i have no use for it really but it is still up in the air. You are more than welcome to use whatever in the house as long as you respect whatever you use. Only thing i ask you dont use is my food and detergent.

Its just me and my cat garner right now i have a shift job and every three months I go from days to nights. i usually just go to the gym and hangout til my break is over instead of coming home. I would say im very clean but only can someone from an outside view really say if someone is. Im a hispanic woman in my 20’s and i enjoy going to the movies and hanging out with my friends. If i were to have people over i would tell you and make sure you would be okay with that and i would expect you do the same. Im not some strict roommate i just ask you portray common courtesies as i do and pray that if i am doing something you dont like that you tell me so i can fix it. As for garner well hes very friendly he just needs some time getting used to new people. My current roommate (she is moving out mid june) has a small golden doodle and honestly they are best friends so if you have a small dog i think they could probably get along !
