My buddy and I are looking for a roommate to join us by July 1st. We live in a lakehouse in Kirkland

About the house:

• Rent is $6k, split among three

• Gorgeous lake views and located between OO Denny Park and Juanita Beach Park

• There is a hot tub, large deck, and spacious kitchen

• 3br, 2ba, and a guest room/office. Each bedroom is on its own floor so you’ll have your privacy

• Two car garage and driveway that fits two additional cars

• Large storage space underneath the garage that is currently set up as a gym

A bit about me:

• I’m currently working at a satellite startup as a mechanical engineer

• I like riding my motorcycle, hiking, sailing, and reading in my free time

• I don’t smoke or have pets (not against either)

• My buddy also works at the same satellite company, is into surfing, mountain biking, cars, etc.

What I’m looking for:

• One year lease starting Jul 1

• Someone who is clean and communicative. Being down to hang out once in a while is a plus (don’t be a stranger!)
