Two spacious unfurnished upstairs rooms available in a recently-renovated 4 BR, 2-floor house in North Side RVA. Washer/dryer in basement, nice open kitchen, and a spacious fenced front/backyard. Very quiet neighborhood with mostly older, longtime homeowners as well as young families. Numerous great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quick drive or bus ride to downtown RVA.
About the roomies
The two of us are both 20-something young professionals and recent Master’s graduates. My housemate has a dog, so any potential housemate must be comfortable with that. We are clean and responsible, and expect our housemates to share those qualities. The two of us are pretty laid-back and low-key for the most part.
