About the room
A nice apartment in a walkable area. There’s a corner store a 2 minute walk away and the bus stops are right down the street. Perfect area for students. Utilities usually aren’t more that 100/person and aren’t due until about mid-month.
You get a medium sized room with a closet and a couple windows, one big enough for an air conditioning unit.
NOTE: Apartment is furnished unlike the pictures, currently waiting for my previous roommate to move her stuff in June before I update them
About the roomies
My name is Laura! I’m non-binary and I work for Chase Bank and Ulta. I’ve been in this apartment since august of last year and I’m in the process of getting this lease transferred to me in September! I live here with my cat Clover who is super sweet. I stay in the loft room down the hall.
