Just a 20 min drive from Cocoa Village, Cocoa Beach, and various grocery and shopping stores. And of course right by the highways for easy travel access. Our home is spacious and you will have room to move around freely & comfortably.

My husband and I, and our two other roommates are friendly but mostly keep to ourselves. Aside from occasional evenings when we use the living room or den for movies or game nights, or the kitchen for meal prep, you will have the house mostly to yourself. We all work during the days so the daytime and evenings are quiet. Bathroom is shared but not in constant use.
