Great location well maintained home easy access to public transportation parking if you have a vehicle current houseguest keep the place immaculate no pets allowed we love to come together during the holidays and barbecue my husband is excellent on the grill the greatest thing you pay one flat rate then have nothing else to worry about we even went old school we have a house phone so if you need it it is there tvs mounted on the wall in the family room/living room also we turned the garage into a common area we have a television mounted out there as we well we have games like uno and spades on the property for everybody to share we are walking distance to several churches and there is a lot of outdoor entertainment close by every room comes with a key to unlock the door everyone signs an agreement to keep common areas clean at all times everybody must be respectful of all houseguests we have a caring environment now and want to keep it that way if you have an attitude complains a lot and just don’t see how we are stronger together you need not apply

We are a family who purchased the home because of the sky rocketing rents. Wanted to give single adults some relief currently we have two sisters sharing the primary bedroom room and an older woman in the other room.
