About the room

One furnished bedroom with a completely private bathroom is available for rent. The room includes a king-size bed, bed frame, dresser with attached mirror, full-size closet, high ceilings, and a high-speed ceiling fan. Rent is $1,000 per month and includes all utilities. There is a $500 non refundable security deposit. The rental is month-to-month and is available for one person only.

House Rules (Non-Negotiable): • One occupant only • No adult visitors or adult guests • No smoking • No alcohol • No nails, screws, anchors, or any other items that create holes in the walls • No artificial fragrances, including candles, incense, or plug-ins, due to health considerations

About the roomies

I currently live in the home and am open to renting my spare bedroom to a compatible roommate who is willing to follow and respect the house rules.

I work from home in the healthcare industry and am also a student. Because I work and study from home, I prefer a roommate whose employment is outside the home. I am respectful, easygoing, direct, and value privacy. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Please note that children will visit the home one to two weekends per month. They are respectful, kind and full of energy.
