The building is managed by a private landlord. Building is quiet, with secure, gated parking. There is AC in the living room and individual heating in each room. A free storage unit is included with the apartment. WSG included in rent, but utilities, wifi, and insurance will be split between tenants. Laundry is shared. Rent is split on a 55%/45% basis, $447.50 being 45% of total rent. Security deposit amount reflects your portion of prorated first month’s rent and half the security deposit combined. The walls have been repainted a lighter shade of gray since photos were taken.
I’m Gray, I’m a 21 year old college student attending EWU. I work in the valley and will likely not be home much. I have 2 cats who have free roam of the area. I’m looking for someone quiet and respectful to join my lease, so the apartment can be a calm and relaxing environment to study and do homework during the week. I would like to get along well with my roommate but I don’t mind if we keep to ourselves either. I’m pretty easygoing with appropriate communication.
