Located in the heart of Rancho Peñasquitos, this spacious 2,129 sq. ft. two-story home offers a comfortable and welcoming living environment. The home features a fully remodeled kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, a large backyard, and a garage game area with a pool table.

All bedrooms are located upstairs, with the two available bedrooms sharing a bathroom. An additional bathroom is available downstairs near the living room for common use and guests. The bedroom shown in the second photo is available immediately, while the bedroom shown in the first photo will be available in August.

Conveniently located near Carmel Mountain Road, SR-56, and I-15, the home provides easy access to shopping, dining, hiking trails, and major employment centers throughout San Diego. Street parking is plentiful and readily available.

Utilities and internet are not included in the monthly rent and are split evenly among household members.

My partner and I, both in our mid-twenties, live in the home and are looking for roommates who are respectful, responsible, and easygoing. We enjoy having a home that is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, while still giving everyone the space and privacy they need.

We’re hoping to find people who are considerate of shared spaces, communicate openly, and clean up after themselves. While we enjoy being social and getting to know the people we live with, we also respect that everyone has their own schedules, hobbies, and personal lives. Our goal is to create a positive living environment where everyone feels comfortable and at home.

We currently have two friendly dogs, one cat, and a reptile, so applicants should be comfortable living with animals. Due to the number of existing pets in the home, we are not able to accommodate additional dogs, cats, or other free-roaming animals at this time. Small caged pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
