I am posting on behalf of my friend. We are needing a roommate. My friends house is in Riverside by the Tyler Mall. It’s a 3 bdrm and 2 bath house with a decent size yard. She’s renting the other room for $870 not including utilities. Utilities will be split between the 3 of us. She also has a dog as well so probably no pets either.

Both my friend and I are single moms looking for another roommate. Our kids are still fairly young; both kids are 3 years old. We prefer females or single moms, since there will be kids in the household. Her and I both work at the same place, just different schedules. We would like someone who’s responsible, respectful, and cleans after themselves.
