Rent controlled 1 Bedroom (unfurnished 12x14ft) with a huge closet and your own ensuite bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and living room (furnished, but free to add items) with your own space in a covered parking garage. Close to UCLA (but not walking distance) and walking distance from the Century City Mall.

I work full-time and own a cat. I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind if you do. (Just do it on the balcony or outside lol).

I like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, so hopefully you do too. I’m open to pets, preferably just one cat or dog though.

In my free time I’m hanging out with my friends, watching movies/shows, editing videos, and going to concerts. I’m definitely open to hanging out as roommates, but I totally respect it if you want your own space and stuff.
