Hi!! I live in a beautiful 5 bedroom house in the Mission Grove neighborhood, and i’m looking to fill rooms with kind, communicative, respectful, clean roommates!

House is roughly 3000 square ft and includes:

Washer/Dryer Dishwasher Hot tub Swimming Pool Large Backyard Large common spaces Central A/C Central Heating Pool table Poker table has a large backyard

There will be a total of 4 occupants including me (F25). My Whiskey boy (golden retriever) and kitty Coco also live here! I’ve filled one room and she’s also bringing a dog :) 2 more rooms available!

The bathroom is listed as shared, but there is also a separate common space bathroom that upstairs tenants may occupy at any time! So everyone could kind of have their own bathroom technically.

Rent is $1,100 and Utilities are a flat fee of $140. All housemates have access to all common areas. Looking for kind, clean, and respectful housemates ❤️

I work in education and i’m also an online student! I love spending time by the pool, with my dog, going out to karaoke or small bars, hiking, and working out in my free time! I am very outgoing and friendly, and I want to rent out rooms to girls that are similar vibes :)
