2010 sqft- 3 story townhouse in the quiet city of Newcastle, WA. Located on a private road surrounded by nature. Although it’s on the east side, it is pretty centrally located - with most places being within 15-25 minutes driving distance. I will have my dog with me every other week. He is a 20lb mini Australian Shepherd - indoor potty trained and very well behaved. I have two rooms available. One room is 115 sqft - not furnished, with a spacious closet. The other room is 103 sqft - fully furnished, with a pretty spacious closet. You will have your own private bathroom, one parking spot in the garage, as well as share all common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining space, 2nd floor balcony, washer/dryer room, and entryway storage closet).

I am the only person living in the townhouse. I am only looking for one roommate so the space doesn’t get too crowded. Like mentioned in the previous description, I will have my dog with me every other week of the month.
