We’re looking for one girl to join our home in North Austin starting June 1st We’re 3 gals in our mid-20s currently working on building our lives, looking for a 4th roommate in a 4 bed 3 bath house, North Austin. Details: Rent: $800/month + utilities (utilities averages around ~ $100/month including wifi) Located in Pioneer Crossing neighborhood Room: Private Bedroom w/ Shared Bathroom upstairs. And an upstairs loft space for you to use for anything you want like a yoga or art studio. The unit comes fully furnished (bed, 1 year old comfortable mattress, 2 side tables and a floor length mirror) and has an in-suite laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, and pretty much anything else you could need. It’s located between Mueller and Tech Ridge which is about 17 minutes from Downtown and 18 minutes from the Domain. We are about 7 minutes from Samsung. Amenities: -GFiber (fast reliable internet if you wfh) -Super cute back porch with a gas fire pit for s’mores and hang outs -Full kitchen with shared appliances (pots, pans, air fryer, toaster, water kettle, kitchen aid), and cleaning supplies with room for your own things. -Neighborhood pool -Near Pioneer Farms (they sell farm fresh eggs and have a community garden) -Neighborhood pickleball courts -Close to Tech Ridge and Dell Campus -Near Golds Gym Highland and ACC Highland Campus The lease terms can be somewhat flexible however we are preferring for someone who can stay longer term, ideally for a year. About Us: We’re all friendly, respectful, mature, and clean. The overall vibe is peace and serenity, and everyone is welcoming. We hang out and chat when we cross paths in the kitchen, but we also enjoy our own space and quiet time.
