The house is equipped with high speed internet, security system. It can come furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $750/month. Public transport within walking distance. There are male and female living in the house. They all get along super good. They all work have jobs outside of the house so the house is very quiet. Even after hours still quiet. They are supposed to not be heard outside their rooms after 10pm till 8am.
