About the room
The room is the largest in the house, has a brand new floor (carpet was taken out), a closet. My favorite part is the backyard, bathroom, and kitchen. Its centrally located, walking distance to downtown but still a safe neighborhood
About the roomies
It will just be me and you. As for me, 30s, female, I work full time for a Christmas Light Installation company, have no pets. I like to hang out in the yard, do crafts, play video-games, go out for drinks, have occasional garden parties in the backyard. I’m generally pretty quiet and come fall time, I’ll be working a lot so i’ll come back to eat and sleep.
