The bathroom is amazing, like a spa with a large tiled walk in shower, a separate extra large tub, 2 sinks and a separate enclosed toilet room with a door. The suite also has a very large walk in closet measuring 8’ x 12’ (96 square feet). This higher end 2 story house is extremely nice inside and out. It’s 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2700 square feet total. The outside is beautifully landscaped and very private. We are in a really nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood one block off Petit between Telegraph and Foothill. The weather is perfect here, always sunny even when it’s foggy at the beach. Shops, restaurants and grocery store is 1 mile away, Harmon Canyon for hiking is 1.5 miles away, the hospitals are 5 miles away, and the beach is 7 miles away. The lease is month to month. This is available for 1 mature and professional person who works full time outside the home. Utilities are a flat $100 per month. There is off street parking in the driveway, or you can park your car in the large garage and have half the garage for your car and other storage for $75 per month. I am a 53 year old mature and professional single Dad with 2 teenage boys ages 13 and 15 who will be here 50% of the time. They are quiet and respectful and busy out all day and mostly in their rooms at night. Obviously there is no smoking or vaping of any kind, drug use of any kind, loud noise, and overnight guests are limited to 1 per week when my boys are not here and must be pre scheduled. Everyone here keeps to themselves so it will be a very private and peaceful environment for you.
