Looking for 2 non-smoking female roommates to fill two available bedrooms in a spacious, 4-bedroom home! (I will be leaving the 4th bedroom as a shared space). The house is located in a cute, quiet neighborhood with super easy access to the 417 and tons of great local restaurants. Plus, it’s very close to UCF. The master bedroom is occupied (by me), so you will only be sharing the common areas and secondary bathroom with one other roommate. Rent: $1,000 per month (plus shared utilities) per room. The “Blue Room”: Features its own closet and window. Note: This room will be repainted a neutral color before move-in! The “Beige Room”: Features its own closet and window. Furnishing: Both rooms are currently unfurnished, but if you need a furnished room, we can certainly discuss options! The Bathroom: You will share a spacious bathroom located directly in the hallway (conveniently separate and does not connect inside either bedroom). You can see photos of it in the listing! Storage: A spacious hallway closet is available for you to share if you need extra storage space. Living Space: The home boasts plenty of room to spread out, featuring two separate living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and a beautiful screened-in patio perfect for relaxing.
