Hello everyone! I am looking for a roommate to rent the larger room of my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment (male preferred). The room is quite spacious (13’x13’ or 169 sqft) with two large windows and a large closet. The room is partially furnished, with a love seat, dresser, night stand and lamps (all of which can be removed upon request!) Aside from the room, the rest of the space is shared (and furnished!) including the bathrooms.

A little about myself - I am a working professional (engineer) who loves to spend time working on projects in the garage, time with friends and in the outdoors. I work 9-5 M-F and am home often.
