I have one fully furnished private room in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo available, equipped with a mini-fridge (also, the computer setup shown in the pictures won’t be in the room). Your bathroom will be shared with one other roommate, who is female. You’ll be rooming with one male and one female roommate in total.

It is $800 a month + utilities split between us. The security deposit is $800, and we’re looking for at least a one year lease.

You’ll be living with two dogs in the house, so unfortunately we can’t take any more dogs in. We are ok with one cat or a small caged animal, as long as the dogs can show that they are compatible. We are also 420 friendly as long as the smoking stays outside the house. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, a community pool, a tennis court and a cleaning service that comes once a month to clean the common areas and bathrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Every tenant is subject to a 3 month probation period as well as an initial background check and credit check.

We are both very friendly, full time professionals and are looking for someone with good vibes who is responsible, clean and organized! We value clean shared spaces, good communication and having a good time!
