About the room
Seeking a trustworthy person to fill a vacant bedroom within a newly renovated residence available from July 1st of 2026 to October 1st of 2026. There are 3 separate bedrooms within the residence. Renovations were completed in September of 2022. Move-in date for the third occupant is anticipated to be shortly before/on July 1st of 2026. Full bathroom will be shared between 2 people total. Large living room and kitchen will be shared between 3 people total. Lots of closets and storage space, central heat/AC, on-site washer/dryer, driveway parking, 360° security camera coverage, biometric/passcode door access. Monthly electric, gas & internet bill split between the 3 occupants. Please note that the previous month’s utilities are required along with first month’s rent, covering the utilities for the move-out month.

About the roomies
Roomie #1 works as an EMT and is awake at all different times depending on the day. Loud dispatch tones may be audible as early as 7am on some workdays. Roomie #2 is a musician and occasionally practices music on his electric guitar during normal daytime hours.
