About the room
The rental is for the downstairs of the house. There is a full living room and open room for a dining room or fitness room. Large bedroom. The laundry machines are downstairs and will be shared and the kitchen is upstairs and will be shared but the whole downstairs is able to be closed off for your own space. Bedroom is insulated for more peaceful quiet sleep from upstairs noise.

I am a single man who recently purchased the property. I have worked hard to get this house but im living here alone and it is a lot of house for just me. I enjoy things peaceful and easy going. I enjoy fishing and hunting and spending time with my family.
