Hi! We are looking for a third roommate to move in to our all female 3 bedroom duplex on High Ave anytime after July 1st!

Because we have lived here for over a year, the house is fully furnished.

The rent is $463 a month, with split utilities.

It’s an upstairs bedroom that’s 18ft x 11ft with a closet and includes parking for one car.

The walk to campus is around 10 max to get to the farthest part away. We would heavily prefer for another woman to move in, and you also must be ok with pets. A bonus is that we have a very cute dog!

There are two women in the household. Kaylen and Angel, both 19 years old. Our dog, Harley, is a Collie-Husky mix. She’s 7 years old, and super sweet!
