Hey! I have a private room available at 2602 Westerland Dr and I’m looking for a chill person to move in. The room is already furnished with a bed and a desk, so you don’t have to worry about moving heavy furniture. It also has a huge walk-in closet, which is a total life-saver for storage. The Vibe: I’m keeping it super simple. The rent is $600 a month and the contract is totally flexible—you can stay as long as you want and leave whenever you need to. The only real “rule” is just to be a good roommate and clean up after yourself in the shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc.). The Location: If you don’t like driving, this is the spot. It’s super walkable and close to pretty much everything you’d need in the area—groceries, food, you name it.
