I am very easy going female. When I am home I like to just put on pjs & chill watching tv or cooking. I do petsit/housesit on the side and there will be many weeks I am not home at night and you will have place to self. (Landlord lives next door so need roommate that is also easy going and respectful) 3rd bedroom is not for rent and is guest room only.
