I’m looking for a responsible roommate to share a condo. This is a new lease, so I cannot give you a tour, but I do have pictures from my recent tour available upon request.

About the Room & Home

• Private unfurnished bedroom (can provide bed if needed)
• Bathroom is effectively private 99% of the time; only occasionally shared if I have a guest who isn’t comfortable entering my bedroom
• Shared kitchen, dining area, and balcony
• Access to community amenities including a swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court
• Ample parking available

Rent & Costs

• $960/month
• Water, sewer, garbage, and Wi-Fi included
• Tenant pays their share of electricity
• First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and security deposit required (deposit payment plan available)
• $250 non-refundable fee

About You I’m looking for a working professional or student who is respectful, responsible, and pays rent on time. Someone who doesn’t cook frequently would be ideal, although you’re welcome to use the kitchen, and I have cookware and kitchen supplies available. This is a quiet home, not a party apartment. I’d prefer someone who doesn’t have frequent visitors.

Please note that my partners will spend time at the condo regularly, and one of them is on the lease. She has a husky mix (who is the friendliest dog ever and does not bark) who also lives here occasionally. No additional pets will be added to the lease.
