• rent for this room will be 1425$ (without utilities)

• 10 min walk to either Harvard sq red line or central sq red line stations, 2 mins from bus 1 stop
• coin operated laundry in basement
• the house is 420 friendly
• no parking spot reserved for the apartment, but parking spots in the street About you:

About us:

• Julia is a 26 yo teacher in the Boston area, and graduated from Boston University. She goes to bed early on weekdays, likes pop culture, baking and seeing friends.
• I am a 24 yo engineer in Cambridge, and graduated from MIT. I am away most weekends, and I like to go to the gym, arts & crafts, and going out.
