Looking for a Third Roommate

We’re looking for a third roommate to join our townhouse. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, comfortable, and positive living environment where everyone contributes to the household and treats each other with consideration.

We currently have two cats who are fixed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Additional pets may be considered, with a preference for cats.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Employed, financially responsible, and reliable
• Respectful of shared spaces and willing to contribute to household upkeep
• Easygoing, considerate, and able to get along well with others
• Communicative and mature when it comes to shared living
• Interested in being a good fit for the household, not just renting a room

A few important expectations:

• Open and respectful communication is essential
• Shared spaces should be kept clean and cared for
• No overnight significant other visits

Ourselves and the landlord have ZERO tolerance for mistreatment of roommates, neglect of the property, or behavior that creates an uncomfortable living environment. At the landlords discretion they can choose not to renew an individuals lease or provide 60 days notice as per the rental agreement.

A little about us: we’re friends who enjoy a comfortable, friendly living environment. We both work full-time outside of the home and would prefer a roommate with a similar schedule. We hang out with each other and friends and cook often. The one roommate has a boyfriend who comes by often.
