Iām looking for someone to rent a room in my 5 bedroom 3-1/2 bathroom, 3300 sq ft home. Beautiful backyard with many fruit trees, flowers, etc. and a huge covered patio The house is only 12 years old, but looks brand new, since I have been the only one living in it. Must be mature, quiet, professional, and provide credit score. Prefer someone who does not work from home. Ideally someone who likes gardening.
About the roomies
I am 55+, but work out on a regular basis, and enjoy swimming, biking, hiking, golfing, and watching sports. I usually go to bed by 10 pm, and Iām up by 7 am most days.
