This comfortable home is located in Orlando’s popular Hourglass District, close to downtown, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, and major roads.
The room is private and furnished, with access to a shared kitchen, living room, laundry, Wi-Fi, utilities, and parking. For now, you would have the house mostly to yourself, as my mom is currently in Colombia and only stays at the home occasionally when she visits Orlando.
My mom is 55, very youthful, respectful, and travels often. When she is in town, the home would be shared only with her and one roommate. My husband, two children, and I live in downtown Orlando, so we do not live in the home but are nearby and available if anything is needed.
You would be sharing the home with my mom, a friendly and organized woman in her late 50s/early 60s. She is Christian, athletic, positive, and very youthful in her energy and lifestyle.
