Immaculate, VERY private/quiet house in my backyard, rear unit. FURNISHED or UNFURNISHED! dresser, massage recliner, wall unit, L shaped computer desk, dining table and two chairs. Near the mountains with a view of the mountains. Your own little private Shangri-la for 1 person. Semi private shared yard with owner. LOTS of cacti and areas to plant/grow things. Open minded owner lives in front. Unit includes fridge, micro, a/c, gas heater, high end gas range. Lots of cabinets, shower, large sliding patio door.. Yard is private but shared with me.. There are low voltage lights along the walkway, back and front yards and near the back house. I leave these on all night, and they look quite amazing. Would love to find someone interested in gardening, but not a deal breaker. Los Angeles Forest less than 5 minutes away. 10 minutes to Burbank airport, 20 minutes to downtown LA. 10 minutes to Pasadena, easy fwy access, grocery store/bank/restaurants all within a few minutes walk.. Express bus stop to downtown and union station a 3 minute walk.VERY QUIET area.. GAS, WATER, ELECTRIC, INTERNET AND TRASH INCLUDED IN RENT! Street parking readily available and a spot right out front is almost always open. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING! Beige plush carpet. I live in the front house.
