Bedroom available in the Old North End. My roommate Tessa and I are looking for someone to fill a room ASAP now that our roommate is moving out. Rent is $835 a month, water, trash, recycling included. Utilities are relatively low, total with rent usually comes out to about $1000 a month. Apartment has in-unit laundry and a parking spot.

Tessa and I are in our mid-twenties, hoping to find someone around that age as well, but that is not a requirement. Tessa has a sweet cat named Merlin.
