Looking for a comfortable summer home with a warm, welcoming vibe? Offering a fully furnished private bedroom and private bathroom in our clean, well-maintained home. While we’ll be home for much of the summer, we also expect to travel at times, so there may be periods when you have the house largely to yourself. You’ll also enjoy our backyard retreat, featuring a spacious patio, gazebo, and a large fully fenced yard—perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or enjoying summer evenings.

We’re a fun, easygoing family in our 30s living alongside our toddler. We also have a very friendly and well-behaved dog who loves people. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs and willing to provide occasional basic care and companionship when we travel. Our yard is fully fenced, so there is no need for walks or extensive pet responsibilities. We are happy to offer a reduced rent to someone who is comfortable providing occasional care and companionship for our friendly dog while we are away.
