I have a Spacious room and bathroom all private to you. The complex has a pool, grilling area, gym, and elevator. You will have access to kitchen, (must clean after you cook) laundry inside unit but will be extra charge due to usage. Room includes utilities. (Water/ electricity/ air conditioning ) the Complex is also around major shopping, gas stations, restaurants, I75, and elementary-high school for any mom that has kids or teen in schools.
About the roomies
I am a single woman in her 30’s who is busy working a full time job. I don’t have any pets, I’m very clean, drama free, and a homebody who is also quiet. I prefer someone like that but so we can get along. I would prefer a female roommate who is clean, respectful, can communicate, has no drama, and no police report or criminal record.
