Private Bedroom & Bathroom for Rent – Prime Pasadena Location Hi Everyone! I’m renting out a spacious private bedroom in my condo located just off Lake Avenue in Pasadena. The condo is within walking distance of downtown Pasadena, Caltech, PCC, Huntington Library & Gardens, restaurants, shops, and more.
The room is large and includes your own private bathroom and shower. The bathroom and flooring have been remodeled within the last three years. The condo also features a spacious living room, full kitchen, private patio, and in-unit washer and dryer. The area is walkable and very safe. I enjoy living here and neighborhood is friendly. I can also FaceTime and show the property as well for better visuals.
