Room available mid June/early July! (Flexible move in) Hi!! Me and my roommate Grace are looking to fill a room in our 3br 2bath apartment! Located in the Morena neighborhood- quiet, central, and easy to get to beaches! I’ve lived here for a year already and I love it!

Rent: $1150/month + utilities (wifi, gas, electric split evenly between roommates; appx ~100/month).

Apartment details: • Shared bathroom between two rooms • Common spaces and bedrooms are furnished; the landlord is open to removing furniture too • AC units in each room • 2 Tandem parking spots in the back, also plenty of street parking • Yearlong lease • Upper unit of a duplex with another unit downstairs, the laundry/storage room is shared between the two units

We both like to maintain a chill and clean home environment. Looking for roommates that value the same, and enjoy hanging out in shared spaces! About us:

I (25) work as a server and I love anything nature- hiking, beaches, national parks, all that good stuff! I also love baking (so we’ll often be stocked up on desserts), reading, and going to concerts! Grace (25), works full time as a speech therapist, and when she’s not working, she likes going to the beach, reading, pottery, hiking, and trying different breweries!
