About the room

The room is in a spacious 4 bed 2 bath apartment in the U-District area. All rooms in the apartment are roughly the same size. The bathroom will be shared with one other person.

Location:

Distance to nearest light rail station (U-district) is a 13 minute walk, 5 min bike ride, or 8 min bus ride.

About the roomies

My roommate and I (we met on roomies.com last year) are looking for more roommates. We have already found a third person with whom we have signed a lease starting in July for this 4 bed 2 bath in the U-District area.

Two of us are software engineers and the third is in IT. We all value having a clean common area and spending time with roommates.
