-3 bed 2 bath in a charming older building
-it’s a 4 unit apartment building and we have friendly neighbors
-close to the vista movie theater, bookstores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops
-shared bathroom (with me✨)
-2 designated parking spots (tandem)
-central heat, no AC but we have a window AC in the living room during the summer and you’re welcome to also have your own!
-no laundry unfortunately but i like to do mine at the local laundromat and have a lil walk or read (or get a drink at the bar next door)
-utilities we split 3 ways:
SoCal gas - averages $60 a month
LADWP - around $160-220 every other month
internet - $141
