Honestly, it’s the kind of setup people ask for. You get a private room with your own bathroom, and it’s totally separate from the main house no shared walls, no awkward small talk. The location’s a win: malls, cafes, and the bus stop are a quick stroll away. But step inside and it’s calm. Really calm. The neighborhood feels safe, friendly, and grown-up. If you’re after independence without sacrificing convenience or peace, this place just makes sense.
About the roomies
Things stay pretty relaxed around here it’s just the two of us in the house, and we keep to separate bedrooms. I do climate policy research and my partner works as a product photographer. We’re both calm, considerate, and we like the place tidy without being uptight about it. We’re looking for a housemate who’s polite, dependable with payments, and values a clean, peaceful home. If you’re into quiet evenings and mutual respect, we’ll probably get along well.
