Hello, all! I’m looking for a new roomie for a bedroom in a 2-bed spot that’ll be available September 1st! The apartment is a part of a triplex house located in a quiet neighborhood off Roosevelt in Central Phoenix. The place is only a 10-min or less drive to downtown, very close to the 202 freeway, and a perfect location for someone who frequents Tempe, downtown, and the surrounding cities. The room is a great size, and you will be able to make it your own (within reason). Shared bathroom, but with schedule coordination and great cleanliness, it would be a non-issue. In unit w/d. Nice covered patio and shared spaces! The lease expectation would be for 12 months.

Now, it’s just me and the stray cat, Scallywag, that I occasionally feed throughout the week. I’m a 32yo working professional and I’m looking for someone like me and within my age range. I’m very kind and easy-going. I’m looking for someone who has been working their job a while, responsible, clean, kind, respectful, and has a schedule that overlaps mine (830a to 5pm) so that we both get our bathroom time and some alone time in the house (that’s important to me haha). I’m really a chill gal who enjoys a good brunch and day drink on the weekends and going to the gym early morning and cooking dinner for myself on the weekdays after work.
