The apartment is a part of a triplex house located in a quiet neighborhood off Roosevelt in Central Phoenix. The place is only a 10-min or less drive to downtown, very close to the 202 freeway, and a perfect location for someone who frequents Tempe, downtown, and the surrounding cities. The room is a great size, and you will be able to make it your own (within reason). Shared bathroom, but with schedule coordination and great cleanliness, it would be a non-issue. In unit w/d. Nice covered patio and shared spaces! The lease expectation would be for 12 months.
