Room for rent month-to-month in a shared house on a quiet street in Rancho Penasquitos. House has a living room, family/game room, kitchen, backyard and garage.

Currently available, move-in date is open anytime. Utilities are included in the rent including internet. $500 security deposit, $700 if you have pets. Laundry and dryer available in garage. No smoking allowed. Plenty of street parking available year-round except maybe around Christmas time. Pet friendly; there are already 2 dogs and 1 cat in the house.

House is shared between 4 others, everyone is friendly and generally keeps to themselves. Everyone is typically quiet and is expected to clean up after themselves. Guests are welcome over anytime, but no parties/large gatherings.
