The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, two section fridge where the freezer is smaller and on top but the fridge is [this year] brand new and clean, counter space isn’t amazing but there’s plenty of space for an island or something, the sink is two separate basins with the faucet type that detaches and has a “shower head” mode There’s only one bathroom, but it’s decently sized, has a counter/cabinet sink, and a tub/shower combo. Also one of those vent fan things and a functioning window. The living/family room is shared with the suggested dining area by an open arc, and both are pretty OK in size if you ask me. The windows are blinded and let in a ton of natural light The apartment is sectioned off in a way where my bedroom [& pet space] is separate from the rest of the home. I more or less treat my space as it’s own “apartment” and do not explore the rest of the living space. NO LAUNDRY ON-SITE, but many laundromats nearby. The kind with massive capacity machines that can get everything done in 2-3 hours.

I am on the spectrum and it affects my behaviors as such: I am very detached and to myself. I’m not cold and I won’t ignore greetings, but I probably wont start conversations or even leave my room aside from fixing food and bathroom use. I’ll try not to be a stranger, but be aware it would likely take months for me to become personable. I wont be offended if you never invite me to hang out or party, it’s not my kind of vibe.

I would prefer Female roommates [yes this includes MtF], as the entire household is AFAB. I wont outwardly deny male applicants, but know that you would be put on lower priority. Sorry.
