Looking for a dependable, honest person that can trade out a small private apartment for night time very basic security. This is a commercial property and the right person would have to be at the apartment from 10:30pm till 7:30am 7 nights a week in case any situation arises that would require their assistance. All utilities are included. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchen and family room. This person does not have to stay up at night just be on site. No smoking and no pets.

The current night person of 7 years is vacating to be with a terminal sibling in FL. Family, friendly atmosphere. Very limited duties required other than to be onsite during the nighttime hours.
