Hi all! The apartment building is across the street from BSU stadium. There is parking in the back. The only utilities are internet and power. I currently cover internet but might switch to covering power since that can take some time to switch over.

I am in grad school currently and will be pretty busy during both the fall and spring semester. I have a cat that is fluffy and slightly terrified of everything. She usually warms up to people in a hour or so. There may be some flexibility on when you can move in depending on when my current roommate finds something he wants to move into. He currently has a job that makes it so he can live in his own place. Let me know if you have any more questions. I’ll put up more photos closer to when he is moving out.
