I’m looking to sublet my studio until the end of its lease on August 31st. Parking is available with an extra fee, and pets are also welcome with pet rent. As it is a studio, you have the whole apartment to yourself. It comes furnished, and is right next to the University of Washington campus. It usually takes me ten to fifteen minutes to walk to central campus when I’m not in a rush. There is also a bus stop right across the street, and the light rail station is only a few blocks away so it is very easy to access the rest of Seattle.

As this is a studio lease takeover, you won’t have any roommates. Most of the people currently living in this building are UW students due to its proximity to campus, but there are plenty of non-student residents as well.
